- What types of customers have you worked with?
I teach them how to prepare food from scratch, how to cook unusual vegetables and fruits, how to choose the best fats for healthy cooking and how to make cooking for the whole family fun and easy! Sometimes I am asked to modify a family's menu because of an allergy or just to do a complete kitchen makeover!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find someone who will listen to your preferences and go with your personal taste and who will get to know your story and your goals. The chef should also challenge you to try new things, but nothing should be too complicated!
