- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies for each client, it all depends on how much product is being used, along with how much time is put in. I do things this way so that I can make things as fair as possible for the client, & myself.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we begin with a consultation, whether it is in person, or over text. If I text my new clients, I always require that they send me a picture of their current hair, along with information on their hair history. Next, we follow up with the client’s inspiration picture, and then we discuss what needs to happen in order to achieve their desired goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently have my cosmetology & esthetician licenses. I’m also certified in Keratin Complex Smoothing Treatments.
