Nick showed up within a few hours of my initial online request and was very thorough. Could have broken the installation into 2 days, but stuck to it into the cold and rainy evening. Extremely easy to talk to and really knows his craft.

We had a terrible plumbing problem and had another company (shall remain nameless) come out TWICE and not do a thing! Nicholas came out on a Saturday nite, and found the leak that couldn’t be found by nameless company. Tore it out and did the repair, came back on Sunday morning and finished it all. We were stress bc we were having an inspection in two days. He was awesome. We will use him again and again!

At 7 AM on Monday morning I made an online request for estimate to troubleshoot my water heater failure. Within 9 minutes, Nick had replied! By 9:30, after completing another call, he was here looking at the problem. By 10:30 he had it fired up! He was so knowledgeable about his craft that we discussed other projects around the house, even lining up other contractors to come bid some other work. All this from a young man who hardly seemed old enough to have such a strong work ethic. Kudos, Nick! We'll be talking!
