I read a lot of publications and books in my field, as well as watching technique videos. I attend workshops and classes when available. I work with other professionals and share trade secrets.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked in corporate America for years, but was never happy. At the same time I was also performing at various events and services. After my performances I would often be asked if I taught privately. I naturally ended up casually teaching in my off-time and realized the obvious; I disliked my corporate job and absolutely loved teaching (and got great results), so it was a no-brainer! :)
