- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you contact QuickPros, we start by understanding your issue and scheduling a convenient service window. Once our technician arrives, they perform a full diagnostic, explain the problem in simple terms, and present clear, upfront pricing options. With your approval, we get to work immediately—most repairs are completed same day. Before leaving, we test everything, clean the work area, and make sure you’re 100% satisfied. Our goal is to make the process smooth, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every QuickPros technician is professionally trained and highly experienced. Our team members have completed formal trade schooling, state-required licensing, and ongoing technical training in plumbing, heating, and air systems. Many of our techs also hold specialized certifications in water heaters, sewer line repair, leak detection, drain cleaning, and HVAC diagnostics.
