Nicolas was prompt and responsive. He quickly diagnosed my refrigerator, and although he could've repaired it and made some money, he was honest and said in his opinion it would be better to replace it given the age of the refrigerator. I was so thankful that Nicolas that responding so quickly to my request. He came out same day. Quickly diagnosed the issue with my dishwasher. While I wasn’t able to move forward with the repair, it was very helpful to know what the issue is. He only charged me for the service call.
