I had ice build-up in my fridge. Right after putting in my service request, I received a call. Nicolas came out the same day and informed me that the rubber seal on the door needed to be replaced. He gave me a reasonable price. I put down a deposit, and three days later, I got a call letting me know the part had arrived. Everything was fixed properly, and two weeks later—no more ice build-up!
Fast response, polite assistant, and a professional, courteous technician. I’ll definitely recommend them and use their services again in the future!
