I attend a renewal course every 2 years to keep up on new guidelines

I became a EMT and I think CPR is something everyone should know so more lives can be saved from cardiovascular emergencies.

Hire a professional with all the right training and knowledge to train you accurately to preform CPR effectively to save lives
