Bryan was profesional and skilled. He knocked out the 2 projects in record time. In the process of replacing the wax seal under the toilet he discovered that due to the height of the tile on the floor, the double seals placed previously were not making contact with the with the toilet flange, thus allowing water to seep through. He ran to HD and picked up a spacer and installed it with a new wax ring and fixed the problem. I will hire him again.
