Customer 1st demonstrated exceptional customer service by locating and retrieving a misplaced package that was incorrectly delivered by UPS.
They went above and beyond by delivering the package to my second-story residence and promptly assembling my much awaited salon furniture. I am extremely grateful for their swift response and being so kind to help me!
