- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
-1 hr session-$65 -30 minute sessions $45 (it's recommended to do at least 2 a week for best results) -2: 1 hour sessions a week is $115 a week -3: 1 hour sessions a week is $105 a week -Small group/pair is $40 per person. IF only one person shows up, then it will revert to either a 30 minute/$45 or a 1 hour/$65 session More information on sessions and pricing can be found on my website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We decide to a place and time that works best for both of us. For the first session we have a 15 minute sit down chat so I can learn everything I need to tailor a workable plan based on the client's goals and current fitness level. Afterwards we get right into it with a 45 minute work out and cool down.
