Michelle Anders says, "I called Aced It in the afternoon on a rainy Friday and asked of they had any technicians available for my rental home. The tenants were not able to get any heat when they turned on the furnace. Alex was very professional and nice and was able to send Marcus over to rental. After working a couple of hours on the FAU Marcus called to let me know the issues and the cost and they had the heater working by 7pm. My tenants were so thankful as well as I was too. i am very pleased with the communication and explanations of what needed repaired and diligence they had to get the heater working. The customer service was great!!!"See more

Our water pressure was also too high.The technician, Guillermo, was prompt, polite, and professional, and very easy to work with.He diligently assessed the needed repairs and was out the next morning to get the work done. He was efficient, and avoided upselling us with things we didn't actually need.I will be giving Cisneros Brothers my business the next time I need plumbing work done."See more

I contacted over 3 different HVAC companies who all had someone come out and quote me a repair all of which were outlandish prices. Alex came out and inspected everything top to bottom and he was very descriptive with what the problem was, the other company’s hvac technicians only stated the part that needed to be replaced and the price, no information whatsoever. Alex was professional and you can tell he valued his work quality, he provided a very reasonable price and also some preventative measures I can take to avoid the same situation. I will definitely recommend Alex and I will definitely be having him return annually to service my unit."See more
