- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base fee is $250. Add-ons include: 1. Attendance at the rehearsal $25 2. Assistance with writing personal or customized vows $25 To reserve a date for my services, you must submit a non-refundable retainer deposit of 50% of the service fee. After this is complete, the date is reserved for you! The remainder of the balance is due by no later than the date of the ceremony. I offer a discount of 10% off the service fee for any payments that are made in-full upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you decide to work with me as your officiant, our first step would be to set up an initial consultation, either in person or remotely by phone/video chat, whichever you prefer. I use the initial consultation to give us a chance to get to know each other and to hear about your vision for the ceremony. After our initial consultation, I will provide as much or as little direction, guidance and resources as you need to help you customize your ceremony to reflect your personal values and preferences.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working as a Chaplain since 2014 with experience in interfaith spiritual care & counseling, hospice & palliative care and grief & bereavement counseling. I have a Master of Divinity (2015) from Northern Seminary, I completed 1600 hours of training as a Clinical Chaplain (Clinical Pastoral Education with ACPE), and I am ordained as a non-denominational minister by the Federation of Christian Ministries.
