Hi, thank you for coming here. I am an experienced 500 hour yoga and meditation teacher certified in sound healing. I teach all levels but specialize in beginners.
- My services are for events and group private classes of 4 or more people. No private one on one classes.
- Regular weekly classes are limited to organizations, corporations, recovery centers or health studios and gyms not personal homes.
My services:
🧘♀️ Yoga
My classes range from beginner to intermediate based on the client. I have a range of styles to offer depending on whether you want to sweat or relax or both!
All my classes include guided breath work, guided meditation and a carefully selected sequence of postures with a beautiful sound bath savasana.
I have experience teaching corporate classes, chair yoga, bachelorette and pre-wedding parties, retreats, studio and gym classes, birthday parties and getaways. I also teach children and family classes.
*Outdoor yoga in temperatures above 95 degrees will vary depending on location, availability of shade, surface and time of day. I may ask if we can be inside if I feel it’s hazardous.
☮️ Meditation
Mini meditations are typically included in each yoga class but I have an option for longer meditation or meditation only classes including yoga nidra with journaling, visualization meditation, breath focus, body scanning and beginner basics. There’s an option to add journaling or vision boards to meditation classes.
🎶 Sound Baths
My path as a musician began 20 years ago and I’m excited to offer sound baths. I play crystal singing bowls, bells, chimes, gongs and percussion instruments.
🤯 Mindfulness Groups
I am pleased to offer a whole experience including yoga, meditation, mindfulness training and journaling for your group. These are great for work retreats, social groups or vacation retreats. I will cater this experience to your goals, whether it’s team building, stronger sense of self worth or any other goal, let’s make it happen! I have other teachers on staff to accommodate large groups.
👨👩👧👦 Parent and Me or Kids/Toddler Classes
Let me make your parenting group event extra fun! I combine yoga with games, songs and story time to build a love of yoga and mindfulness practices in children. My Parent and Me classes are a great way to connect with your infant or child. I can bring organic snacks for an additional fee. Consider kids yoga at your next birthday party. I can also get a henna tattoo artist or face painting for an additional fee.
*a travel fee will be added to events over 50 miles away. This fee will depend on distance.
