- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love making sure our clients receive that highest quality services from us from beginning to end. Once we know your: event location, time frame, location specifications (i.e.. indoor/outdoor, two set ups), and travel details we will reply promptly with a quote. We offer three special song requests that we will learn just for you. I will supply of current song list to give you options of favorite tunes. Once our contract and your deposit is in everything will be secured for your dates. Two days prior to your party we send a check in email confirming our arrival time to set up and load in details. We will arrive early and be set before guest arrive. We have a great ear for volume control, but we will check in to make sure you are completely satisfied!!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aragorn & I both have music school training. Aragorn graduated from Berklee School of Music in Boston with a Masters in guitar. I attended Musicians Institute in Hollywood with a degree in Vocal studies and a certificate in music business.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The love of performing and seeing how music can lift the spirits of others is why we started and why we continue.
