I currently teach lessons and groups each week. I have over 20 years of coaching experience at the collegiate Division I level. I own a youth training academy called South Bay Breakers and also coach at the high school level. I have extensive knowledge and experience teaching all levels of players, from beginners just learning the sport, to highly advanced looking to get to the next level. Coach Flanagan is top notch!! Her ability to train and focus on making a better basketball player is some of the best I’ve seen. She has a great personality and can really engage in her trainee to push them to the potential. My 13 year old daughter has been training with Coach Flanagan for two weeks now and I see so much growth and confidence in her that I haven’t seen before. She is definitely worth hiring if you want your kiddo to progress and get better!! The Championship Performance Advantage facility in Lawndale is awesome!! Coach has all training aids and space to build a champion ball player!! A “must see” in person facility! Great lighting and open bay door for fresh air! Great location right off the 405 and Inglewood Blvd! Easy.

Lynn knew right away (the first lesson) what specific skills that my daughter needed to work on. She was positive, and specifically clarified methods to improve my daughter's shooting. It is refreshing to have a female coach that knows the game and understands how to work with my daughter and improve her game. We drive an hour to work with Lynn. She is well worth it!

Coach Flanagan really understands the game within the game based on the player's strengths and weaknesses. Coach Flanagan works with the parent and the player in terms of evolving needs of the player which can change over time. She is not rigid based on what the player was originally thought to be in terms of position, but works with the player to maximize their value wherever they may be on the court. My daughter has worked with Coach Flanagan since 6th grade as a center and with the help of Coach Flanagan has helped my daughter as a player to evolve and play inside and outside offensively. Developing her more as a stretch player who has phenomenal shooting form that can take her opponent to the arc and open the middle for her teammates as well as drive the lane or body up and get the tough points. If you are looking for a coach to develop your player from physical to mental and evolve to make the player more of a threat...look no further to Coach Flanagan.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work out of a brand new indoor facility, pricing is based on the convenience of a clean indoor court, and accessibility to any time or day.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to take the first session to evaluate their skill level, strengths and weaknesses, so they will go through a complete all skill workout. From there, we will focus on building on their strengths and attacking their weaknesses.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20+ years of coaching and training experience, including 20 years as an NCAA Division Women's Basketball Coach. I currently coach and own a Youth girls basketball program and also coach at the high school level. I have experience with all levels - from beginner to highly advanced.
