Tom was very professional and accommodating. My garage door opener had stopped working and after troubleshooting myself, I realized whatever the issue was, was something I probably should leave to a professional to fix. Tom was able to come to my home on short notice and diagnosed the issue within minutes. His pricing is reasonable and he was very friendly and informative of what needed to be done as well as offering tips for ongoing maintenance. I will definitely contact Tom again for any Garage Door/Opener needs and I highly recommend him.

What luck to find Tom for my emergency repair need. Update 2022: Tom and his team changed our old 1940s garage door to an entirely new system with the mechanism and lifter. At first, everything went smoothly and efficiently: from the initial appointment to the quotation, then the final work + done for a good price. The installation was clean and the area was tidied up upon completion. A few weeks later, the opener began stopping in the middle of opening and sometimes would reverse. Tom came a couple times to re-adjust the tension and lubricate the tracks. A bit later down the line, the same problem was re-occurring. Either the motor was unsuitable for the type of door for long-term reliability, the installation was incorrect or the motor itself was defective. Tom said he would contact Liftmaster to get a new motor and come fix it. It's now 3 years later and he has not been responding to any calls or messages or emails. I resorted to using another company to finally fix the issue.
