We had a load bearing wall removed and a ceiling raised. John was very knowledgeable and able to get a crew out immediately since we were pressed for time. We had an issue with some plans from the engineer and they were able to notice this immediately and assist in making the correct changes. John was very knowledgeable and would recommend and use them on my next project.

John Macfarlane and Elan Construction gave us our dream home within budget. All representatives of Elan Construction from the office to the sub-contractors were extremely professional, punctional and follow-up with any and all concerns. John and his team work hard to assure constant communication - so you know what is happening, when it is to happen and how he will assure get qualitiy. Finally, John worked with us to fix design oversights to assure we got the best home possible. You can not go wrong relying and trusting your home to Elan Construction.
