I believe that my service stands out to my valued customers because I listen to their needs and then I provide those needs to them as requested. I take pride in all of my work that I do for my customers. I always stand behind my finished product. My customers always have the right to inspect my work( I encourage them to do so)before I am compensated for it. What I enjoy most about the work that I do is meeting the people and and completing their jobs not only to their satisfaction, but to my satisfaction as well. I also enjoy the variety of work that I do, as one job to the next is always different.

Jaime was on time, kind, courteous, personable and professional. He went above and beyond to take care of everything I needed done. From hanging shelves to leveling and securing bookcases in an apt with funhouse walls and floors that are far from level. Despite being here hour beyond his initial proposal, he then installed a hook for my air-drying fabrics and volunteered to fix some peeling caulking in the kitchen! Jaime went the extra mile on each step of the project, never taking short cuts. I felt extremely comfortable asking him for his professional opinion. I will definitely be reaching out to Jaime for the next project I need help with!

Jamie is a star! We had a crazy short timeline for a home renovation and he pulled it off beautifully. He demo’d plaster walls, installed swinging and pocket doors, crown, baseboard, door and window molding, replaced door jams, drywalled the house and garage, front porch columns, and more. We look forward to continuing to work with him as we start new projects. His skill set is expansive, he’s honest, communicative, punctual and a great guy to work with. Highly recommended.

Using some weathered barn wood, Jamie did outstanding work selecting boards, trimming ends, cutting around treads & figuring out how to fur out & cover a steel post. He is personable, skilled and hard-working.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually quote/price the majority of my jobs with a calculated bid.I will also give an hourly rate if that is what works out best for the customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After meeting a new customer,I like to answer any and all questions that they may have regarding their specific needs. I also give them my background in regards to experience in the construction industry.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 26 years of field experience in residential as well as commercial and tenant improvement construction. I have also completed the apprenticeship program through the U.B.C ( United Brotherhood of Carpenters).
