- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually quote/price the majority of my jobs with a calculated bid.I will also give an hourly rate if that is what works out best for the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After meeting a new customer,I like to answer any and all questions that they may have regarding their specific needs. I also give them my background in regards to experience in the construction industry.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 26 years of field experience in residential as well as commercial and tenant improvement construction. I have also completed the apprenticeship program through the U.B.C ( United Brotherhood of Carpenters).
