Elaine S. says, "I don’t know why they limit customers to 3 choices. Originally this job was for another handyman. A professional company installed to door: A security door An energy efficient door I love the doors. No more air coming under the door! However a day or so later I saw the door casing was not flush with the wall(see image) this gap would take more than caulking. I complained, but they never repaired it. I found Magdiel. He was honest with when he could come. He was punctual( it surprised me actually)830am. He’s personable and professional at the same time. People rarely smile anymore. He was always smiling! He hit a snag. The job would require more wood. He said, “I’ll be back tomorrow to finish and bring some more wood” Then we switched to my baseboards( big fricking difference and so neat) see pics He purchased the materials before even meeting me. Often people will tell you, “Give me $$$ for the materials and then loose the receipt(because they didn’t buy any material)😂 I’m very happy with how the 2 jobs turned out and my chihuahua like him too(not the drill noise) For cabinets trim baseboards I would refer Magdiel without a second thought!"See more
