During the Pandemic, I had the chance to develop my business which focuses on helping to build self-confidence and find your own resources for better decision-making. We will also work on how to navigate daily challenges and set bigger goals for your new life.

Working with Coni has already broadened my awareness and helped me work towards including mindfulness in my daily practices. Throughout each of our sessions together, she leads me to discover where I need to be looking, working, and going deeper. Her guidance has directed me towards massive breakthroughs. I appreciate how non-judgemental Coni is and how intently she listens to me. She is also excellent at guiding me to finding the answers inside of myself. I really started to open up and we dove deep quickly with life coaching. I like that Coni guides me in the sessions and offers insight and practical tools, yet she lets me magically steer the ship of what we discuss, how I want to feel by the end, and what I want to walk away with. I also love how vulnerable, safe, and comfortable I feel with Coni. To me, that's number one in a coaching session.

Coni helped me to start seeing things in a different perspective, which had a snowball effect in my life in all of the best possible ways. She guided me towards a more genuine life by her incredible way of coaching and was sincere and thoroughly interested in the results of my well being.
