- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$120 includes * 4 one hour online class , or * 8 half hour online class * materials and extra practice if you need. Or $35 per session. I believe that learning a language need practice and commitment, so I will encourage you to make a plan that covers minimum of one month. You can organize your classes at your convenience: one hour or half hour session. As soon as you used all your credit, you can go for another one!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Let's start with a phone call to introduce myself, my methodology and program. And also for me to hear about yourself, what are you looking for, what are your needs, why do you want to learn or improve your Spanish?
