Guiding Light Yoga with Liza Oviedo

Introduction: My approach to teaching yoga is meeting you on the mat and listening to the needs of your body. I am yoga alliance certified and have been teaching private and group classes since 2016. I am currently offering private yoga classes and different treatments specifically tailored for your body’s needs: Restorative yoga, yin yoga, kundalini and power yoga with weights, Cupping, deep tissue massages, castor oil belly packs, scalp oil cleansing, facial and body guasha, dry body brushing, clay detoxing and so much more. When you commit to doing the work things change on and off the mat.
