My approach to teaching yoga is meeting you on the mat and listening to the needs of your body. I am yoga alliance certified and have been teaching private and group classes since 2016. I am currently offering private yoga classes and different treatments specifically tailored for your body’s needs: Restorative yoga, yin yoga, kundalini and power yoga with weights, Cupping, deep tissue massages, castor oil belly packs, scalp oil cleansing, facial and body guasha, dry body brushing, clay detoxing and so much more. When you commit to doing the work things change on and off the mat. Liza is great! Very responsive and always professional. She learns the body and gives you what you need, massage, cupping, yoga practice or a combination.

Liza asks questions before you even start and listens to see where you are at and where you want to go with your practice. She helps you work towards your goals in a safe yet challenging manner. She is very caring and wants the best practice for you. Even in a group setting she still makes you feel like you are taking a private class.

Liza goes above and beyond just teaching yoga. She plans each of our sessions so each time is different and challenging. She works with her client as an individual getting to know their goals, their weaknesses and strengths. She continues to learn the practice of yoga to best suit the needs of each client. She pushes me, in a good way, when I tell her I can't do something she tells me I can. She has helped me gain the confidence back in myself that I had lost. Recently I hurt my back and she sent me drawings of simple poses with details and explanations to help me heal. She truly cares for her clients body, soul and mind.
