I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Nathan! He truly went above and beyond. My toilet would barely flush—it was only flushing properly about every 30 minutes—and I was worried the problem wouldn't be fixed. I called at the last minute, and to my surprise, Nathan was able to come out the very same day within just a few hours.

I hired Natan/ his team for a bad flush valve. Natan was upfront about the fact that replacing the whole toilet is of more value than just the valve for longevity sake. I procured the toilet and they were able to install it the very next day and the job was done professionally. They also hauled away the old toilet. I’d hire them again.

I hired Natan Plumbing in March 2026 to investigate a toilet that had been gurgling when flushed. The plumber Eugene arrived on time and was very professional throughout the visit. We live in a house built in 1957, and previous owners made several additions that may not have followed proper plumbing codes. Because of this, we suspected the issue might be part of a larger systemic problem rather than a simple clog. Natan Plumbing did everything possible to identify the root cause. The plumber spent nearly five hours inspecting and cleaning the drain, and consulted with the company owner several times to explore additional possibilities. In the end, they determined that the problem was likely due to a more significant issue, such as an improper vent connection or an incorrect slope in the main drain line—both of which would require major work to fully diagnose and repair. Although the issue could not be resolved without extensive plumbing reconstruction, we were very impressed by Natan Plumbing's expertise, thoroughness, and dedication. We have hired them three times, and each experience has earned a well-deserved 5-star rating.

We had the toilet replacement, kitchen and bath sink faucet changes and the shower head change. The plumber came right on time. They were very professional in covering other surfaces while working, cleaning after the installation and doing a very clean and good job. He did not want to rush with any of the jobs and clarified any questions we had. Would hire again definitely if needed. They were also professional before the job in scheduling the appointment.

Natan came out with his assistant and immediately approached the issue methodically and professionally.
After removing the toilet, he identified that the prior installation used incorrect materials and had not been properly secured. The flange and toilet were loose, which explained the recurring leak. He removed all of the improper components, installed a brand-new flange, securely sealed it inside the pipe, and anchored it firmly to the concrete floor with heavy-duty fasteners.
