The cleaning crew arrived on time and did a great job with the couch. It looks much fresher with the color close to purchase time now. They got rid of dirt due to use and also some old water stains. I was also offered complementary scotchgaurd as I was a new customer and a free upholstery stain remover.
I would definitely hire them again!

prior to the showing was critical. I used Thumbtacks to see if I can get anyone out there in such short notice. I had several quotes but Cork was the most responsive and willing to send someone out the next day. They also offered me a first time customer discount. They did a fabulous job removing all the stains and odor. They also found a defect in the installation of the carpet (it is a new installation so I can use the report to go back to the installer). I also found them to be very quick with their responses to all my inquiries and questions. The only neg that i felt was that i wasn't informed ahead of time what their cost included. Apparently it doesn't necessarily cover deodorizing certain odors. That is an additional fee. As a lay person, you assume carpet cleaning includes cleaning the odors. Apparently there are different levels of carpet cleaning & odors may require special treatment. It would have been nice to have been informed prior so that it doesn't come as a surprise later. Other than that, I thought they did a great job on the carpet and appreciate their quick responsiveness.
