Introduction: We are a full-service catering company and gourmet deli. We use only the finest ingredients in all of our recipes, and always cater to your specific needs. What really sets us apart is our hot dog carts and the many different items you can choose from -- tri-tips, lemon herb chicken breast, pulled pork, pulled chicken breast, homemade pasta, and the list goes on. We accompany our main course items with green salads, pasta salads, and roasted vegetables.
