Char is very friendly, patient and punctual. She cares a lot about dogs and more importantly, our puppy Samoyed. Char always reports how our puppy is doing when we ask and is happy to complete extra tasks including reporting the temperature of our house or duct taping our mail-slot so our puppy doesn't destroy our mail. My fiancé and I would highly recommend Char and we've only heard positive comments about her from our friends in our HOA.
