- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in fair and honest pricing. I look at each project carefully and provide a free estimate before starting any work, so you know what to expect. My goal is to offer quality work at a reasonable price. I focus on doing the job right the first time, which helps homeowners avoid extra costs later.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I talk with the customer about what they need done. If possible, I look at the project in person to understand all the details. Then I provide a clear estimate. Once everything is approved, we schedule a time to complete the work. I always treat the home with care and make sure the job is done properly and cleanly before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from several years of hands on experience working in homes throughout the Redwood City area. Over time, I have developed strong skills in door and window installation and repair, garbage disposal fixes, painting, TV mounting, picture hanging, and general handyman services. Every project has helped me improve my skills and attention to detail.
