FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe personal growth should be accessible for everyone. New clients receive $20 off their first coaching session, allowing us to get to know each other and determine whether we're the right fit before making a longer-term commitment. There are no hidden fees, and I'll always be transparent about pricing and expectations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every coaching relationship begins with getting to know you. Before we begin, I want to recognize the fact that you're here. Choosing to invest in yourself and seek support isn't always easy, and it shows that you're ready to explore positive change. During our first session, I take the time to understand your goals, challenges, strengths, and what you hope to achieve through coaching. Choosing a coach is a personal decision. The right coaching relationship is built on trust, mutual respect, and a genuine connection. You want someone whose communication style, values, and approach feel right for you. Coaching works best when there is trust, honesty, and a genuine connection. If we're a good fit, we'll create a personalized plan focused on your goals. My role is to provide encouragement, accountability, practical tools, and a supportive space where you can build confidence, develop healthy habits, and move forward with purpose. Meaningful growth doesn't happen overnight. While many people hope a coach can quickly solve their challenges, lasting change is usually the result of consistent effort, reflection, and small steps taken over time. My role isn't to "fix" you—it's to support, encourage, and guide you as you build the skills and confidence to create lasting change.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and I'm currently pursuing my Master in counseling and PPSC. I am also a Certified Wellness Coach and have served as a Peer Counselor supporting older adults experiencing loneliness, grief and life transitions. My professional experience includes working with families, younger adults, children, adolescents, and older adults, volunteer programs, and community settings. I've received training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) concepts, Neuro-linguistic Program (NLP) art-based interventions, play-based activities, and strengths-based approaches that inform my coaching style. In addition, I have years of experience volunteering in elementary schools, serving as a parent volunteer, PTA member, and community event organizer. These experiences have strengthened my ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and support them through life's challenges with empathy, encouragement, and practical guidance.
