All of our Prices are flat rates based on the job type.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process when deciding to take on a job is to ask a variety of questions to completely understand what the customer's needs are so we can best assist them. Then we will provide you with a quote and proceed to create a booking for you on our online booking platform.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our cleaners have at least 1-3 years of cleaning experience. We validate this through our 3-step onboarding process, the last step is to have our cleaners complete a test clean with one of our trusted friends or family members.
