Oscar responded to me on the Thumbtack app and we had to schedule it to a later date owing to my schedule and his conflicts. But he gave a quote after looking at the images and came promptly on the date and fixed the problem. We are happy with the work so far. We also talked with him about other sprinklers and pipes that we needed repaired and he gave us a quote. But we decided to not go through with the second job as we got lower quote from a different company. We do plan to work with Oscar on garden cleanup and maintenance going forward.
