Introduction: Services offered are as follows: * door-to-door service * time starts at your door and ends upon completion of your move * loading and unloading * free disassembling and reassembling your furniture, if needed * no extra charge for stairs, elevators or long carry * free use of blankets for furniture * free use of moving equipment during move * free basic cargo insurance as required by California law * all fuel, mileage, tax and tolls * guaranteed move date Important Notes: Fragile items and electronics: In the event you do not have the original packing material or protective boxes originally used at time of purchase of high-value electronic or fragile items, they may require special packing by us, in order to be safely moved and avoid potential liabilities resulting from possible damage during the moving/transporting process. Our number one priority is always the safe moving of all your personal property and items. Hourly moving rate does not include cost of any packing materials. We are unable to transport any flammable materials including propane tanks. Please have all of your moving boxes marked, sealed and under 50 lbs. Remember, the better prepared you are for your move, the quicker it will go! Per California law, attached to the e-mail is a copy of the California moving information booklet that is required to be provided to you prior to your move.
