These guys are the best! I had an injured shoulder and a quick turnaround time moving to an apartment, and the team came the day before moving day and packed up everything I pointed at and said “Yes”. On moving day itself, they got my bed disassembled and mattress loaded up. All-in-all, they worked for about 8 hours between pack-up, load-up, move, unload and they even worked extra time to help me unpack nearly every box, broke the boxes down and hauled ‘em away. They were super helpful, did a great job moving my upright piano to a second story apartment and were incredibly nice and professional. Worth every penny, especially in terms of saving my house from further injury AND I’ve never had such a low-stress move and I have definitely moved a fair amount.

Do not hesitate to contact Two Friends for your move. Outstanding. They are professional, courteous, excellent with regard to communication of all important details of the move, and genuinely nice people, too. The move was seamless (moved my mother from one apartment to another in assisted living). I've had to do many moves recently: I wish they could all have gone as perfectly as this one!

My move was easy with these guys! They packaged all my belongings for me (studio sized apartment) and moved my stuff from downtown SF to Alameda with no problem or damages. I payed the minimum 3 hours and it was worth it, they got the whole job done in about two hours.

Easily the best of our four moving experiences in the past ten years, by a big margin. Two Friends movers sincerely want to help us. They try great effort to take all our stuff in a limited space. They didn't have too. All other movers I work with won't. Maybe it's just my bad luck, my previous movers all want to do the minimum required by the contract and try to rip off us or make money from our trouble. This mover is a clear contrast. Their reviews on Thumbtack look real and were aligned with my own experience. Much appreciated.

Our hourly rates $150an hour for 2 movers and truck $180 an hour for 3 movers and truck $245 an hour for 4 movers and truck If you need more than 4 movers ask for our specials MINIMUM CHARGE OF 3 HOURS This hourly rate includes: Local drive under 40 miles Wrapping furniture Disassembly and reassembly furniture Fully equipped truck Free use of wardrobe boxes. We charge packing supplies for separate if may need it
