Palladino Personal Training
Nick is awesome. Thoughtful, focused, punctual, and effective. With his training, I am already down in size and have stayed committed to the program.Mar 31, 2015Verified
While we may not be his typical clients, Nick has been able to work with us to achieve our fitness goals. We have trained with Nick for several Spartan Races over the last year and each time we have done better than the last. We went from placing bottom 80% of our M20-25 age group to in the top 20% in six months. His training methods are effective at building muscle, dropping fat, and, most importantly for myself, preventing injury. His scheduling has been flexible and he has been able to meet us at at times and locations that are convenient to us. All in all, we've enjoyed getting #swoll with Nick.Nov 20, 2014Verified
