I hired Spoiled Pet Care to take visit my cat four times while I was away for vacation. The actual care provided was excellent. Elizabeth clearly cares a lot about animals, and was very attentive. She brought toys to play with my cat during the visits, and when I returned I found my cat happy and healthy. The only issue I had was that there were some communication issues. I was told I would receive a text and picture at the time of each visit so that I knew my cat was taken care of. The day the first visit was scheduled, I didn't hear anything. After multiple texts and a call, I finally received a reply the next day. I'm not sure if the visit even occurred the day it was scheduled or the next day. The second visit was the same story: I didn't receive a text the day the visit was scheduled, no answer to my call, and when I sent a text I didn't receive a reply until the following day. I also didn't receive a picture for this visit. To her credit, the final two visits went smoothly. Overall, I think the quality of care given to my cat was excellent. However it was a bit stressful being away and not hearing from the person hired to care for my pet when they are supposed to be visiting.

I did respond with text in a timely manner, however it was the holidays and I was heavily booked. Sorry for any communication errors, they were unintentional. The kittie received excellent care as he stated.
