Sent MD a video of the leak below the sink and he immediately understood the issue and said he will be able to fix it and gave me a decisive quote. The quotes from others (who were also sent the video) were comparable though they said that it was an initial estimate and the final quote will be given after they see the problem in person. So I chose MD and was very impressed to see how quickly he was able to get things fixed. He also looked at another bathroom that I had some questions on and as a courtesy fixed some minor issues with the toilet with no extra charge. Overall he was very professional and very efficient.

He replaced 5 sets of bathroom sink faucets, 1 bathroom sink and the parts inside 3 toilet tanks. When he was finished and about to leave, we mentioned that the garden faucet outside leaks when opened, he offered to fix it (tightened the screw) free of charge. He gave a fair quote and did a thorough job. A satisfied customer here, would hire him again and would highly recommend him.
