Alex was a huge blessing! He showed up on time and was very professional and efficient in fixing my dishwasher. He didn’t try to sell me unnecessary parts. He clearly has lots of experience and is licensed/bonded. I appreciated that he was respectful of property by covering his shoes and cleaning up when finished. I’ve already sent his contact info to family members as it’s not easy to find honest, quality repair personnel.
