Alex was able to verify the issue within minutes of arriving and replaced and installed out thermal sensor a day later. Our dryer is an older modle whirlpool and these thermal sensors are not available at home improvement stores. So we appreciate that Alex drove down and bought the part at no additional cost to us. He is punctual and works quickly. I highly recommend.
