My focus is quality. I like to perform a proper diagnostic on every appliance I service to be sure nothing is over looked. I know that some customers are scared of being taken advantage of from prior repairs but that is by far from my goal. Overall an amazing job. Originally I hired some clown(Vic) to replace the compressor on lg refrigerator what a joke that was. Over charged me first of all and then when my refrigerator didn’t work made excuses how I was to blame and wanted more money for parts.
While I was talking to a friend, they referred me to Michael, he came out and said that the previous tech didn’t braze the piping correctly and that there was a leak causing the appliance to not be able to build pressure to work properly. When I asked him how much he would charge to fix the Mickey Mouse he said he would only charge 150 to completely redo his work. He said he “felt it wasn’t fair that I paid so much money only to not have a working fridge at the end, and that he hated when people do Mickey Mouse work because it gives his industry a bad name.” it’s been 2 months still working great. Thank you Mike you are truly one in a million!!! Keep rocking on don’t ever change.

I truly appreciated that he was honest with me and kept me informed throughout the entire repair. He even provided me stainless cleaner for free as a gift just because I liked how it worked. Keep up the good work.

Chatted about possibility of repairing my fridge. Had already determined the issue so we talked about solutions. Didn’t hire but gave his honest opinion and we determined that I would be better off buying another fridge. Found the same one used for half the price of fixing and was able to sell the shell of the old one as well.
