Martin was a great architect for my square footage addition on my project. I told him from day one that my top priority was speed in getting the permit. He got it for me in a month when others told me it could take 4-6 months. We were happy to give him a small bonus at the end. Thanks, we’ll be using your expertise again.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Martin on the plans for my new house, including a stunning addition of a den/family room and enlarging the bedrooms as well. From start to finish, Martin went above and beyond in every aspect of the project. He truly embodies the phrase "under promise and over deliver."

Martin's meticulous attention to detail was evident in every drawing and plan he created. I felt completely lost at the beginning of the process, but Martin's guidance was invaluable. He took the time to educate me on every aspect of the design and construction process, ensuring I was comfortable and informed every step of the way.

One of the most impressive aspects of working with Martin was his responsiveness. No matter how many times I reached out with questions or concerns, he was always quick to respond and provide thorough explanations. His patience and dedication made me feel confident and secure in the decisions we were making together.

Thanks to Martin, what started as a daunting experience turned into an exciting and enjoyable journey. The final plans for my house, especially the den/family room, exceeded all my expectations. I cannot recommend Martin highly enough for anyone in need of a talented, dedicated, and incredibly professional designer. He truly gave me eyes to see the potential in my new home, and I am beyond grateful for his exceptional work.

Martin helped me on my ADU project from start to finish. I did not know the ADU processing, but Martin was knowledgeable on the subject and helped us with a quick turnaround. I have referred him to friends and family for future projects. Thank you!

Martin is very professional and do what he promised, no hidden charges and straightforward.
What he tells you transpired perfectly to every details. He’s price for consultation and planning is very reasonable. Glad to work with him.
