- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will always be fair and reasonable. If customers have a written estimate, I can always try to match or bet it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for a lot of big plumbing companies. Ars rescue rooter offered me schooling and paid training when I started back in 2014
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My uncle owns a plumbing company in California and I did a couple of jobs with him and I instantly feel in love with plumbing.
