Ron responded right away and was able to do the work within a few days. He was punctual and communicated clearly. He did a great job. This was not an easy job. The carpet was pulling away from the seam and had frayed, and another contractor says it couldn’t be fixed. However Ron was able to fix it! His fees are comparable with everyone else I spoke with.
