After submitting a request for a quote, I was contacted by Ron right away asking for pictures of the damage to my new carpet. He set up a call to explain the process he would try to fix the problem. He explained everything clearly before, during the fix, and after. I appreciated his forthrightness and professionalism throughout the entire process, and most importantly, I'm happy with the results! I've attached a before and after photo.
