After submitting a request for a quote, I was contacted by Ron right away asking for pictures of the damage to my new carpet. He set up a call to explain the process he would try to fix the problem. He explained everything clearly before, during the fix, and after. I appreciated his forthrightness and professionalism throughout the entire process, and most importantly, I'm happy with the results! I've attached a before and after photo.

Ron was a hard worker and did a great job re stretching our carpets, which were only 5 years old but had a big ripple in each room. He also steam cleaned them. Carpet now looks brand new!

Ron did a great job repairing my carpet. He was very patient and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. I did a lot of research and spoke with several other people before choosing Ron, and my carpet was not easy to repair because of the pattern.
