Yao Duct Cleaning arrived early and went to work. He had all the tools to clean my dryer vent and even offered to clean the dryer's interior vent--which I said yes, please to and thank you very much!

Yao was very responsive and communication with him was very smooth and easy. He was available to walk the job and understand the requirement to fix the ducting in the attic. He even went the extra mile to purchase additional components that were discovered to be needed during the work.

Yao came out to repair damage caused by another duct cleaner I hired. A different company caused our dryer vent to be disconnected inside the wall.
Yao was able to evaluate the issue, test the connection and then make a repair the same day he came out to give me a quote.
The price was extremely reasonable, and he is very knowledgeable with a background working for some household name duct companies. I highly recommend his work - he’s hard working, ethical and the type of person you want working on your projects.
He will get the job done at a very reasonable price and he’ll tell you what he can and can’t do. That’s the hallmark of a true professional.

Amazing professional attitude. Hard to find the willingness to help engrained in character these days. I am a professional property manager and I "deal with" contractors daily. This time I didn't have to deal with anything. I enjoyed having someone help me who was respectful and concerned with quality and good at what he does. The price was more than fair and made me look smart with my management. I chose not to have the dryer duct cleaning but he did repair two duct attachments and installed a new duct ..... left area cleaner than he found it. He wasn't punctual ... instead he was early and ready to go when I arrived. Seriously Hire this guy Yao before he gets too well known and becomes too busy to help you.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are negotiable and varries upon each individuals job, so prices could be low or high depending on market and labor. However some jobs are also a flat rate job, so i give standard pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Simple meet and greet. Then straight to the projects, I typically like as many details as possible about the project to manage scheduling and give myself enough gap time in-between jobs or give a good estimate to complete the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Finished HVAC certification from Penn Foster, worked with many companies to collectively gather hands on experience, and built a good foundation to build my company.
