Their attention to detail was outstanding, and the finished result exceeded all of my expectations. The crew worked efficiently and completed the project quickly without sacrificing quality. They used high-quality paint and took great care of my property throughout the entire process. What really impressed me was the respect they showed for my home. They carefully moved outdoor furniture, cabinets, and even landscaping rocks that were against the house so they could properly prepare and paint every surface. Wow, Miguel & Sons was fantastic in many ways. They painted my 1 bed/1 bath 650 sq ft rental. They were super efficient, skilled, and by far, the most competitive estimate I received. They were able to give me an estimate based on photos and a description I provided, which was greatly appreciated since I don’t live in area. They arrived on time and finished before their estimated time of completion. They also went above and beyond, painting more than what was originally planned and did not charge more for work. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them. One thing to be aware of, but was totally reasonable given the cost, was that I had to go to the store to buy the paint, while they prepped the place. I appreciate the efficiency but was not aware that was the process.

Miguel painted my home in 3days. He picked the paint, pressure washed, fixed the cracks, primed the home and painted. He gave me a quote and didn’t call me later to increase. Price was very competitive. He sent me pictures and updates throughout the process. Was happy with the results and will have him do other projects in the future.

We had a great experience with Miguel and his team painting our business! Extremely competitive pricing, great communication, and they were able to get us in on a quick timeline. We are so happy with how it turned out!! The 3rd picture shows the before— it was damaged and old and we love the new look! Would definitely recommend and use again.

Miguel showed us samples of different colors on our house, made decision easier. Explains exactly what was going to be done. One employee till 4:30, Miguel & father showed up after to assist. Job took 4 days, little bit long to have windows & sliding door covered and unable to open.
