Sebastian responded quickly and professionally to my inquiry to install my new HVAC system. He was able to come out the next day and give a free quote. He was polite, courteous and very knowledgeable. I had another company come out and give a quote, but I decided to go with Sebastian because it was apparent that they were not as experienced with my system (and their quote was higher). On the day of the installation, Sebastian and Freddy went about their work having to go in and out of the house and in the backyard, but the whole time they were respectable. They left the furnace area cleaner than it was before they came. And, they noticed that my thermostat was loose, and they fastened it on the wall more securely. And of course, the air conditioner and my heater works just fine. I would definitely hire them again and I highly recommend them.

My furnace went out a couple of months ago during some pretty cold weather. I reached out to 1st Gen HVAC, and Freddy and Sebastian responded quickly. They were incredibly punctual and professional, taking the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly.
They came out to assess the situation, explained my options clearly, and recommended the best solution that was also budget-friendly. The installation was completed in just a few hours, and they did a fantastic job. After finishing up, they left everything spotless and took the time to walk me through the new furnace features, even giving me helpful tips to improve efficiency.
