Mr Urias wanted photos of 2 furniture items & my antique clock with brass fittings. Unable to send via Thumbtack, so sent to him via text. He then texted me back estimates for 3 items. I chose to do 2 & paid him $200 for pickup & delivery when finished. He lives 56 miles away one-way. He’ll call when finished in about 2 weeks. Price was reasonable given that the clock was my grandmother’s & very special to me. Jose promised he would take special care with it. He also took a paint swatch for painting the chair in a color I chose. He was very careful in storing my items inside his truck.Aug 26, 2020Verified

Jose did an amazing job on restoring our table. The whole experience was seamless. He picked up the table, communicated well through the process and in a week delivered a beautifully restored table. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is based upon difficulty of project, location and how many items need repair. Multiple item projects are eligible to recieve discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I enjoy speaking with my clients, understanding their expectations and finding the best action to complete their request. I always request pictures of a project or when possible I like to see projects in person to assess the needed repairs.
