Alberto did an amazing job on our floors! We had a very small time window in which to get the project done, and he was able to complete the project quickly and beautifully. He is very knowledgeable and a great problem solver. Would definitely hire him again.

Really, all five qualities apply. Alberto responded right away, submitted a quote, and began work the next week. In just over 5 days he completed the job of sanding and refinishing our hardwoodfloors in a 2 bedroom split level home which included repair of a weakness at the head of the stairs. The floors are beautiful!! Alberto is consistently polite, his price is very reasonable and his manner and quality of work is professional. I highly recommend him.

We’re very happy with the work Alberto and his team did for us. They installed hard wood floors for 1800 sq ft two floors. Before the work started, Alberto was very responsive and gave me a lot of good advice in terms for picking the right flooring. When the time comes to start the work, the team came in and just started working and wasted no time for the two weeks they were at our house. They were hard working and very professional and very friendly. We’re very happy with the result!! And would definitely recommend him for this type of work!

My clients also rate me on the prices and they love my estimates when I give an estimate the discount is already included in fact I always get reviews about my good prices
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is that when the client contacts me I immediately call or send them messages and if the client responds we introduce ourselves and make appointments I see their projects I give them my estimates the client analyzes my prices and if they like it they contact me and we agree on the date you want your project to start and clarify all your doubts about the process

I have a lot of education and respect for clients I am passionate about what I do I like my work my commitment is to my clients I like to help my clients when they have questions about their projects I am always here to serve them I have the necessary capacity to do both small and large projects
