Enrique came to look at some floor boards that had warped from a water leak. They were not very noticable and underneath a closet door, but I thought it might be good to fix them since we had an insurance claim. Enrique explained how much work it would entail, the time we'd have to be out of the house, and how the finished product would always be slightly different than the existing flooring next to the warped boards. In the end we decided not to move forward because of Enrique's honesty about the challenges with such a small repair. I appreciated his transperancy!
