At Antonio House Cleaning, we’re a local, family-owned business using Thumbtack to compete with big franchises. Antonio and crew have been great! I appreciated that Antonio worked with me and within my budget as I needed weekly cleaning. Antonio is humble and a hard worker- if something was not up to my expectation, and I informed him about it, he quickly resolved the situation and remembered in future to take special care of those things. The crew was very punctual and Antonio gives me a heads up, at least 30 minutes before coming and arrives on the agreed-upon time. It’s been great for last few months, since he’s been working at my house. I also appreciate his flexible, for example, if I needed it extra cleaning e.g. In my garage, he would give me a quick estimate and spend the extra time to get the job done. Overall, I appreciate having reliable HomeCleaners that I found in Antonio!

I've had Antonio's crew clean my home every 2 weeks since September 2025. The quality of their cleaning has always been very good, which is why I'm giving 3 stars instead of 1.
Unfortunately, over time I began noticing issues with how my belongings were handled. On a previous visit, I found a decorative item displayed in an area they dust every visit had developed a crack. I was told they hadn't touched it, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt.
During the most recent cleaning, a sentimental travel keepsake displayed in that same area was moved and placed back in an unstable position. After the crew left, it fell and cracked.
What disappointed me most wasn't that an accident happened. Accidents happen. It was the denial that the broken items had been moved. To dust that area, the items have to be picked up and moved. After every cleaning, I can tell they've been repositioned before being placed back. These are display items in an area they clean and dust during every visit. A simple acknowledgment and apology would have gone a long way.
After being a loyal customer for nearly a year, I expected more honesty. Instead, the denial made it difficult to trust them in my home anymore.
Antonio's crew does quality cleaning work, but the carelessness with personal belongings and the lack of accountability are why I can't rate them higher or continue using their services.

I was very pleased with my service from Antonio House Cleaning! He came out to take a look at my place and give me a quote before we even scheduled a time which I found very helpful. When they arrived he came with 3 people and they finished quickly but were very efficient and detail oriented. They quoted me something very fair and I’ve already scheduled another cleaning for next month. Highly recommend! Very professional and thorough and nice people to work with.
