The team did a fantastic job; they were both hardworking and efficient. I was pleased to see every surface gleaming, every baseboard wiped clean, the windows were spotless! Also, very easy to be around, polite and friendly.

We hired Claudio and his team for a last-minute deep clean. They were punctual, professional, and worked hard throughout the appointment. The main living areas are noticeably cleaner, and they handled heavy cleaning tasks well. Since this was scheduled on short notice and they had not seen the home in advance, the scope may have been underestimated. Although we extended the appointment by two additional hours beyond the original booking, we were still not able to complete the full list of requested items. Some detailed items (such as wall marks and deeper floor cleaning) required additional touch-ups afterward, and certain areas were left unfinished. For larger deep cleans, I would recommend doing a walkthrough or video in advance and allocating extra time if detailed work is needed. Overall, a solid and hardworking team, but clear scope planning and time allocation are important for more complex jobs.

Because this was a last-minute booking, the initial level of organization required was much higher than anticipated, which naturally took time away from the deeper detailing of floors. Had we seen the property in advance, we would have adjusted the time and team size to ensure every single detail was met within the session. Claudio came through when I needed same day cleaning. Laura and 2 of her team members came to deep clean the house. They were professional and did a really good job on working with efficiency. Would definitely hire them in the future
