- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the type of service, the size of the job, the time required, distance, and materials if needed. We always try to give fair and honest pricing upfront. For some jobs, a deposit may be required to reserve the appointment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask the customer for details about the job, photos if needed, the location, and the preferred date and time. Then I provide a clear estimate. Once the customer approves, we schedule the job, arrive on time, complete the work carefully, and make sure the customer is satisfied before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my training comes from hands-on experience. I have learned how to safely move furniture, assemble items, mount TVs, handle junk removal, and complete basic handyman tasks while protecting the customer’s home and belongings.
