Learn to Sign with Confidence

I bring over 30 years of experience as a fluent ASL user, lifelong signer, and Deaf community advocate. I’m hard of hearing and began signing at age 5 — so ASL isn’t just a subject I teach, it’s the language I live. I’ve served as a Teaching Assistant at Southern University A&M and the Louisiana School for the Deaf, and I’ve provided one-on-one and group tutoring to learners of all ages, including college students preparing to become sign language interpreters. Through virtual Zoom sessions, I help students with ASL homework, test prep, and real-life signing skills — and most have passed their quizzes and exams with confidence!
